Every decision is made by the $MIL Fund DAO, a collective of individuals that have a stake in the $MIL token. We decide together which causes to support and what comes next.

 

You get the final say in what causes we support.

You have final approval on all payments to each cause.

You get complete oversight on finances and donations.

You use your voice to vote on how the Foundation is run and managed.

That’s just what we’re asking you to do! Our community (that’s you!) can tell us about research and efforts that we need to know about. It could be the project that offers real change and new opportunities to veterans and first responders.

  • The DAO will eventually suggest, choose and have total autonomy over causes, but in the beginning it’s important that we be involved to get things started on the right foot.

    We still want the community to be involved, suggesting first picks and showing us the best of what’s out there for veterans and first responders. Then, after the DAO is fully active, full control will be transferred to you.

  • 1.5% of each transaction is transferred to a donation wallet to fund the treasury. The DAO then decides exactly how these funds will be distributed to chosen causes and approves all transactions as a group.
