Military.Finance Meets with APOLLO Project and MAPS Project to Discuss Potential Joint-Venture Partnerships in PTSD Treatment for Veterans

(Washington, D.C.) On Friday evening, Military. Finance’s co-founder’s- Dev. Shawn Burst and Dev. Brad Dahl- met with representatives from both MAPS Project (https://maps.org/) and APOLLO Pact (https://www.apollopact.org/) to discuss a potential future collaboration with the shared-mission of educating and providing life-saving, naturopathic treatments for veterans with PTSD.

Jonathon Lubecky is the ‘MAPS Project’ Legislative Affairs Veteran Liaison based in Washington, D.C. and is directly responsible for arranging this ground-breaking introductory meeting with Military.Finance co-founders Shawn Burst and Brad Dahl over a one-hour long private Zoom conference call late Friday evening. “More than 9 million Americans are living with PTSD annually; many develop chronic PTSD that impairs ability to work, go to school, or maintain social ties. MAPS is currently sponsoring the final of two FDA-required Phase 3 trials of MDMA-assisted therapy for PTSD following the successful completion of the first Phase 3 trial and peer-reviewed publication of results in Nature Medicine earlier this year. The clinical trials have been demonstrating remarkable success, with 88% of participants experiencing a clinically significant reduction in PTSD symptoms and 67% no longer qualifying for a PTSD diagnosis following treatment. No serious safety signals emerged in the trial and, with the anticipated success of the final Phase 3 trial, the FDA is expected to deem this cost-effective treatment safe and efficacious in about two years. Clinical research has been funded entirely through $130 million in philanthropic donations to MAPS over 35 years..” according to the MAPS Project’s official website.

According to Apollo Pact’s President, CEO and Director, Jon Kostakopoulous,,“The ’Apollo Pact, Inc’. is a medical research and education 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that shared the same goals as Military. Finance’s philanthropic profits, in specifically addressing PTSD and other related mental illnesses relying on education, research and homeopathic , psychedelic medical treatments.” Military.Finance discussed the potential for future collaboration with The Apollo Pact’s COO and Director, Ali Amirhooshmal and SGT (Ret.) Jonathon Lubecky, jointly The Apollo Pact’s Vice-President of Communications and Military Affairs during this ground-breaking meeting. Correspondingly, Military.Finance co-founder, Dev.
