Operation Surprise a Soldier has been activated!

Military.Finance is looking for soldiers, from any nation, that has not seen their family in a while, to bring them home.

Our first soldier has been picked and the surprise is getting set up. We do not want to reveal any inside information because it’s important that the family and all parties involved remain in the dark. But what we can tell you is that the soldier has been in active duty for over 8 years and has not seen his family in over two.

At the end of June, Military.Finance has been able to arrange with his chain of command, who also felt that it was time for this deserving soldier needed to reunite with his loved ones.

“We were originally looking to sponsor an E-4 and below,” says Jordan Fournet, Military.Finance’s military liaison, “but after talking to several soldiers that qualify, they volunteered to give up their spot to their staff sergeant because they felt he deserved it.”

When he arrives home, he’ll be surprising his family, not only with his visit, but Military.Finance is also including a four day vacation for the entire family.

We’re looking forward to capturing the moment and giving this real-life hero, who dedicates his life for the safety of other, a much needed vacation with the people he cares about most.

This is the first of many stories. If you’re looking to nominate a solider to come home, please reach out to us to start the process at info@military.finance. We currently have a good list going, but our goal is to create an opportunity for every one of these heroes has an opportunity to be with the people that care about them the most.

It’s a great day to be part of Military.Finance. Special thanks to all of the people that continue to believe in the mission and contributed to make moments like this happen.

Be sure to follow us on all our social media, so you don’t miss the moment when the family gets reunited!
