Military.Finance Call-To-Action: Wreaths Across America

(Washington, D.C,) On Saturday, December 18, 2021 Military.Finance is deploying teams of volunteers across the country to lay wreaths in honor of the fallen during Wreaths Across America. Additionally, Military.Finance is excited to be a title sponsor, in conjunction with Partner- The Taya and Chris Kyle Foundation of Wreaths Across America. 

The official ‘Wreaths Across America Day’ is set for Saturday, and the official website (www.wreathsacrossamerica.org) invites volunteers to join Military.Finance and Wreaths Across America, “Each December on National Wreaths Across America Day, our mission to Remember, Honor and Teach is carried out by coordinating wreath-laying ceremonies at Arlington National Cemetery, as well as at more than 2,500 additional locations in all 50 U.S. states, at sea and abroad.” 

Military.Finance Dev. And National Director of Veterans Affairs, LCpl (Ret.) Jerrett Porter, will be representing Military.Finance at the veteran cemetery in Houston, Texas, Porter adds, “Join us in honoring those who paid the ultimate sacrifice on Saturday! It is truly my honor to lay a wreath honoring true American heroes- our Veterans- and I am grateful to Wreaths Across America partnering with Military.Finance for this incredible opportunity. 

Additionally, Military. Finance’s Director of Media and Community Outreach, Kristie Tertel, will be joining the Presidential Honor Guard from Marine Barracks Washington, D.C., and The Michael Strange Foundation through exclusive, private invitation from The White House. Tertel adds, “This marks my tenth anniversary of being privileged with the opportunity to honor and remember our Veterans in Arlington National cemetery and I look forward to sharing my experience on national media throughout the day on Saturday.”
